glass blasting
This is a method similar to sand blasting, based on pressure cleaning a surface with a glass granulate, with the result of a renewed surface, deprived of oxides and impurities. Such a surface is smooth and glossy. Glass blasting is used for stainless steel elements (but is not limited to them), where sand blasting is to be avoided.
